Premises Licensing

The new regime for licensing premises for the sale of alcohol, public entertainments and similar activities is now well into its second phase and the period for claiming 'grandfather rights' has now closed.

However it is still possible to apply for a premises licence, and vary the activities, hours etc - however there is only three months in which to apply.

Applications will now be handled as if they are entirely new and may be subject to objection by local residents and other organisations.
