From time to time a council needs extra help either due to the absence of the clerk or to undertake a major project.

Vic Quayle has worked as a clerk and as a locum, and undertaken a variety of projects for all sorts of organisations.

He is also a Member of the SLCC and is currently completing a portfolio to gain the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA). He already holds the Diploma in Municipal Administration (DMA). He is also Secretary of the Surrey Branch (SLCC).
